Because of amout of works which have been sent to me, me and cml decided to
turn my cosy little contest into a regular oekaki competition (some of you probably noticed
that I have organised some kind of contest lately). There will be two winners in this
contest - one who gets a shiny icon by the highest
number of votes, and another one, whom I'll pick from contestants and will draw them an artwork.
And about the subject... For those, who don't know what is going on I explain that this
contest is about designing a character - the prize is using design of winner and
an art, drawn by me in any technique. If you like to, I can send the work by
post.
RULES:
For me, as a judge, the most important part of design is face. The quality doesn't
have to be perfect, but I don't like to get doodles. I ask you to ignore
my version of William and create something yours, because the subject of
the competition is to design. If you find the description too weak, then just
write to me in private message and I can give you more information.
About the prizes: as I said, I will draw something for the winner picked by me and I will try to do my best (another winner will get an icon :) and I'll use his/her design.
The second place (also picked by me) is art with lineart (just in b&w), and the third is a proper sketch.

William d'Esacren, a vampire from Malkavian clan

in the moment of death he was about 35, his true age is unknown. William comes from teritory
of Hungary and has been transformed into a vampire in the 17th century - nobody knows, how
(pay attention: even though he died in middle of the 17th century, he lives with
Martin in the 19th century!). As Malkavian he's quite unusual - his hobby is
experimenting on humans, he used to be a doctor when he was human.
He just loves to abuse Martin, his dull partner. The main problem of William is that
he has got a schizophrenia and no one can predict his swinging moods.
William is a quite tall man with unnaturally pale skin. His appearance shows that
he doesn't fight often, but he is not fragile. His eyes are gray and passionless,
with dark shades underneath them. He's got black hair with split ends,
often shaggy and uncombed.
He wears used up, colourless coats, dirty, checked grey pants,
semi elegant, but worn-out shoes and suitcase with his surgical equipment.
Because of freedom in choosing a technique in first version of contest, some of
works are not from oekaki.
