I'm still experimenting with the tools available. I've never used shipainter before so this is not exactly the best I can do, but I'm quite pleased with it for a first try ^ ^

Oooft this is one laaaazy picture, but by the time I'd messed around with all the programs and working out some inspiration etc, I'd been sitting here for well in excess of 2 hrs. And I have stuff to do. So.

Here is my first pic on this site. Just to say hi, I'm here and I'm really looking forward to belonging to an oekaki site after ages of um-ing and ah-ing about whether to join one. So I'll see y'all around I guess...

Thanks. The world is based on the Russian revolutions so I used a Russian name. The meaning certainly seemed perfect! (Alien/ strange)

Yes, another unfinished. I apologise for not being very active on here, but it's really just a place for me to experiment. This is a sketch of my character Thrush (looking rather strange) amid some of the strange creatures she encounters in my story with her (yes, the fish is knitting. Long story).
