It was only sometimes; when the longing became too much, those lonely days turning into weeks, into months and then to even years, it was only sometimes that he felt to call out and stop his friend from existing through the doors of the Ecruteak Gym - a time he was lucky enough to actually say goodbye - departing on his hunt for the North Wind once more.

Eusine turned, confused and just somewhat aggravated to be halted, and he would of said something if he hadn't of caught the look on Morty's face first ... the ghost trainer wasn't looking at him, but his hand was out stretched just barely, as his other was clucthed close to his chest, his face was a light red colour " I-.... " he looked up for a moment, but quickly averted his gaze as a much deeper shade of red flushed across his face, he couldn't look him in the eyes like this.

" .... I don't ... want you to go, not... a-at least... not ... today. It's ... It's too much... " Fingers twitched and he trempled, nerves? Eusine wasn't sure... but he walked quickly. Silently.

" P-Please... don't g-- ...?! " Morty was cut short as arms wrapped round him and held him tightly, and he didn't need to say anything else as a firm hand stroked the back of his hair gently, he only choked back the tears that had started to build and clung onto the other - burying his face into Eusine's shoulder.
