sure :} i guess you have the english version of 'oekaki na smoczym' but i will write in both languages ;} first you have to save this picture on your disc (the small one) next you click 'Change my profile' (zmień mój profil) which is below your actual avatar on the right side of this webside next you will see the Avatar cathegory click the button with 'przeglądaj' on it (dunno why its not in english) choose you picture and hit the OK button at the bottom ^^..sorry if i made mistakes - my english ain't that good....
