hello, any technical problems report to cml. i suggest you to do printscreen of the site you currently have.
maybe you have small resolution screen ?
like 800 x 600 ? just thinking lol.
anyways write cml a note.

since we had many problems with newcomers - pchat reset without other users allowance, bad behaviour, spamming canvas - to get an access you must know community and draw fine. people who draw fine seem to have more respect towards others works and know how bad is it to loose picture so yeah, thats why we have sucha rules here :c

okey, if you didn't see upper menu, it's a little bit strange- honestly, really strange, I've just checked in IE 5 and 6 and everythin seems to work fine.

Plus, sorry to dissapoint you, but here you can have access to p-chat only when you drew something on oekaki and you prove to moderator that you have some skills. there were some troubles with people in the past, so now the access is limited.

really nothing else? In that case you have to go and ask administrator, cml.
you have upper menu, you click on DRAW and chose an aplet. and under choice box you have draw! button, click it. And draw. Then Upload it. You can find anything in Help and FAQ section. There were also some tutorials, check there first.

you can't draw, beacouse you have no access to it.
You have to have few drawing on REGULAR boards here to get this acces (check the page of p-chat and re-read it0, and if you didn't notice so far, there's a link on top of the page, which says : DRAW, check it.

BTW You know what an okeaki is?

you don't upload your pics, it's oekaki

But if you ment your profile picture, under your avatar you have the link "change my profile", you can upload it there.
