IMO you have some serious problems with anatomy or it's just your style (too big and deformed ear, badly drawn arm, nose should not be connected with forehead like in your drawing, corner in your mouth is not so convex).You can learn anatomy by redrawing photos with regular people. :)
I can't tell anything about your shading/blending/whatsoever abilities, because this drawing is not finished.
