you mean the background c; ?it's very simple :D I copied the layer with ornaments and pasted it above the old one. Then again I used the copy function but to move the new layer a bit so that my 2 layers wouldn't overlap each other. In the end I used dodge on the higher layer to give the ornaments yellowish look.
