i must admit there a lot of cool details (the metal parts and the moon especially), but there are also things that are not too good, unless you work on them more. eg. the black cape, the golden arm, rocks that are below the flying one and a few more. i'd suggest lvl2 for this drwing or working on it a bit more

Ok, but don't really get the message behind the picture. Aside from the fact that it is hard to understand what is it about there are some technical fails. Each element of the picture looks good by itself but when you put them together they don't click. The shading could use more colours and you could make it more interesting.
