Ah. You have to ask javvie or gokunobaka for pchat. The one condition: you have to draw some nice pictures (they don't have to be omghowawesome, you know XD). the cause is to prevent pchat from being spammed or full of noobs who destroy the others' works. I've recently asked javvie for pchat but I still don't have an answer ;) Cross your fingers for me! :D~
